Lindsey Lund

Lindsey is a seasoned attorney with over a decade of experience in civil litigation, making her a valuable asset to the SMBP team and its clients.  In addition, Lindsey served as general counsel to a publicly traded solar energy company, handling matters of corporate governance, compliance, litigation, employment law, and consumer law.  Lindsey also counsels businesses, organizations, and individuals in emerging industries, and serves as a board member to a non-profit organization dedicated to drug policy reform for the treatment of mental illness.

Lindsey is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and is a graduate of Vanderbilt University Law School.  And Lindsey earned a degree in political science and international studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Outside the office, Lindsey is a lover of all things music and dogs, spending her spare time playing guitar and piano at the Old Town School of Folk Music and volunteering at PAWS Adoption Center, where she actively tries not to adopt a third dog.
