Erika Contreras

Erika is responsible for seeing that all lawsuits are filed, that service of process is promptly effectuated, and continuously monitoring all open litigation matters in CaseVision to realize speedy recoveries for SMBP’s clients.  When claims are resolved, Erika quickly processes payments to ensure prompt remittance of subrogation recoveries to clients.

Erika is bi-lingual (Spanish) and able communicate with and better serve SMBP client’s Spanish-speaking insureds as they navigate the subrogation process.

When she is not at the office, Erika enjoys spending time with her five younger sisters and family.
